Neurological Surgery, P.C. is pleased to announce that Michael H. Brisman, M.D., has been appointed Chief of the Division of Neurosurgery and Co-Director of the Neurosciences Institute at Winthrop-University Hospital, Mineola, New York.

Dr. Brisman will oversee the comprehensive clinical services provided by the highly skilled surgeons and staff of the Division of Neurosurgery. He will also collaborate with his neurosurgical colleagues, other clinical departments, division leadership and the dedicated staff of the Institute to monitor and maintain the superior standards of care. Where needed and when appropriate, he will participate in the expansion and introduction of new programs and services such as the CyberKnife.
